St. Louis (KMOV) – For those of you trying to find a place that's quick and healthy Sauce Magazine's Catherine Neville has found just the place. She takes us to Clayton for this week's Sauce on the Street.

When you're on the run, picking up breakfast or lunch, often you need something quickly. But that doesn't mean it can't be healthy at KD Poppa's in Clayton, the food is fast and good for you. Breakfast offerings include fresh parfaits or burritos.

For lunch, KD Poppa's is well-known or its fresh soups, but try one of their filling sandwiches, like the smoked turkey or the tomato-mozzarella.

But my favorite thing to get here is a salad. Grab a container of greens out of the fridge, step up to the counter, and you can customize your salad any way you want.
