St. Louis (KMOV) – Several new brew-pubs are popping up around town. One of the newest is in a very unusual location.

Sauce Magazine's Catherine Neville takes us to south St. Louis for this week's Sauce on the Street.

Nestled in the Lemp Brewey Warehouse, the Stable offers some truly out-of-the-box pub grub.

Appetizers are meant for sharing and two of the best are the fava bean and artichoke dip or the bacon-wrapped dates.

Pizzas are huge at the stable and piping hot, loaded with unusual ingredients.

The mario's special combines shrimp, andouille sausage and bacon with blue and goat cheese and a shot of truffle oil.

But what I order whenever I hit the Stable is one of their loose-meat grinder sandwiches.

Ground beef is seasoned and loaded onto a split French baguette, and then topped with a variety of goodies.

Try the basic bleu reaction and quote on this unique sandwich.

Nobody else is doing loose meat sand in STL that I know of.
