St. Louis, MO (KMOV) - With the temperatures rising, you might be craving a little barbeque.
Sauce Magazine's Catherine Neville shows us how they do barbeque at a new spot in midtown in this week's sauce on the street.
Barbecue is one of those foods that everyone has an opinion about.

At the new Pappy's Smokehouse near Grand Center, owner Mike Emerson serves Memphis-style barbecue, meaning that it's smoked low and slow, with the sauce served on the side.
Pappy's offers tender pulled pork, brisket, chicken, turkey and hot links.
But don't miss their ribs, which are loin back ribs and are given a rubdown before they're loaded in the smoker.
And for those of you who, without the sauce, barbecue is just not barbecue, Pappy's offers three, each their own style.
And sides? Do not miss the deep-fried corn on the cob and the sinfully sweet sweet-potato fries.
