St. Louis, MO (KMOV) - Sauce magazine's Catherine Neville takes us to Sub Zero New American Burger Restaurant.

The combinations are unexpected, and not just for the sake of creativity.

Chef Ben McArthur's flavors and textures really work, like the minted lamb burger with cucumber, feta and house-made hummus.

And if you're looking for more of an Asian spin on your burger, try the tuna, medium rare, with picked ginger.

Of course, sometimes you just want a juicy kobe beef burger with all the trimmings, that's available too.

And you can build your own burger with a huge range of toppings.

One of the most popular combinations is chipotle mayo with bacon and caramelized onions.

Vegetarians have tasty choices at Sub Zero, too.

The ratatouille burger is hot and creamy thanks to the addition of tangy goat cheese.

And of course, there are great salads on the menu, like the Russian greens, a nod to Sub Zero's huge vodka selection.
