At Banh Mi Boba Tea and Creperie, the crepes are filled with everything from smoked eel to crab and avocado.

Banh Mi Boba offers sweet crepes too, filled with flavors and textures that are unusual and complex.

Another popular type of street food in Asia is the Vietnamese-style sub sandwich, which is a fresh French baguette with a crunchy, savory mix of Asian flavors combined with pate, pork patty, ham, head cheese and jalepenos.

Banh Mi Boba also has a huge array of drinks that range from a red bean smoothie to traditional Thai milk tea.

Be sure to also try the tea plain or make it a bubble tea by mixing in tapioca balls.
