O'FALLON, IL. (KMOV) - The secrets have been revealed in how the restaurant Paulo’s at The Mansion has built a local following of customers in just a few months.

While owner Paulo Pacheco enjoys off the menu suggestions his specials include the Proscuitto Wrapped Scallops served with a fruit salsa and the Shasimi tuna.

Wrapped in a potato crust and topped in a balsamic glaze this is one of Paulo's best sellers.

Another popular menu item is the Tasmanian Salmon, which is pan seared and topped with a citrus sauce.

One of the biggest draw's to Paulo's is the "build your own steak" feature.
