(KMOV) - It's not easy to find a place that pleases everyone in the family and has good food.

There’s a brand new restaurant called Sage Urban Bar and Grill in south St. Louis that sits across Anheuser Busch Brewery.

The restaurant is quickly gaining the reputation of having very flavorful dishes for all taste buds.

Chef Jack MacMurray takes liberties with American cuisine by taking simple foods like a pork chop to the next level.

His creation is Tuscan Pork Chop, which is pan roasted with Spanish port romesco served atop a rice pilaf with fresh vegetables.

The blackened shrimp and steak penne is a compilation of shrimp, steak, andouille sausage, smoked bacon and aspargus in a Cajun asiago cream sauce.

The Shanghai steak and noodle salad is perfect for a hot summer's day.

It's tossed with mango, mint, cilantro, basil, avocado, peanuts and carrots in a sweet spicy Thai dressing.

For dessert you must try the signature dessert shots.

For $2 a shot you can try such sweet treats as berries and cream, cookies and cream, apple pie, pecan pie, and peanut butter brownie.

You should know the dessert menu does change daily.
