(KMOV) -- At first glance the new Bissinger’s store appears to be just a candy storefront.

But trust me, it's so much more.

The desert menu is broken down into three categories, full, medium and delicate bodied.

I personally lean towards the medium body, which led me to the chocolate cheesecake.

It's made with Bissinger's 60-percent dark chocolate and drizzled with ganache.

For those of you who like to play with your food, I suggest the chocolate pot de crème served with skewered truffles.

Since this is "A Chocolate Experience," you may want to try one of their many chocolate inspired coffee drinks or treat your taste buds with a glass of wine from their extensive wine list.

Don't worry, for those aren't "chocoloholics," they serve one of the best creme brulee's I've ever tasted.
