Every morning, Chef Brian O’Brien receives a shipment from docks around the globe.

 

That includes the shrimp ciappino, which is actually flown in from Indonesia.

 

Chef O’Brien offers many dishes like the seared tuna with corn salsa and an avocado puree.

 

It's a dish that is both satisfying and healthy.

 

For those of you who aren't seafood connoisseurs, you must try the chicken served with a roasted garlic potato puree' and topped with a fabulous kumquat sauce.

 

So swim on over and grab a window seat at Oceano Bistro in Clayton for beautifully prepared seafood.
