When the opportunity arose for a storefront restaurant it was actually Ferguson city officials that approached her.

Beth specializes in comfort treats.

Her lindsor torte is filled with seedless raspberry jam.

You won't find preservatives in this kitchen.

The scones are among the best in the area.

Then there's the traditional sugar cookies topped with icing and brownies with cream cheese topping. 

Be sure to try the monster muffins filled with blueberries, and for the chocoloholic, you must try Beth’s truffles.
