(KMOV) - We're taking you to a neighborhood bistro where the chef doesn't just ask for your order; he wants your feedback, too.

Located near the corner of Euclid and Laclede, Moxy is a neighborhood bistro taken to a whole new level.

That includes being health conscience.  Owner and Chef Eric Brenner says his top sellers are seafood. That includes the salmon with a chipotle maple glaze. Served with a corn salsa and sautéed spinach, Chef Brenner says this dish is so popular, he has people ordering on a daily basis

The lightly breaded grouper is another popular fish. With this dish I couldn't decide what I liked more, the tomato risotto or the honey artichokes.

For the heartier appetite, try the Moroccan spice braised shank with cous cous, eggplant and garlic.

For dessert Chef Brenner pays homage to St. Louis with a gooey buttercake mixed with blueberries and a mango sorbet.

Just like the food, Moxy is always evolving.  Look for Moxy Lounge to open by Valentine's Day.
