(KMOV) -- Just a stone's throw from Soulard Market there's a new restaurant that serves classic French dishes with a modern twist.
They've been open for about a month now and already people are talking about Franco.

The mussels at Franco
On the menu, try the French onion soup. The beef stock is made in-house along with the bread.
The frog legs are served with a with a herb relish.
If you're in the mood for seafood, try the mussels served with French fries. The mussels' broth includes shallots, garlic and fennel, topped off with cream.
Chef Justin Keimon says the entire menu is very approachable.
