(KMOV) - - When you think about a quick breakfast, you probably don't think crepes.

Rooster owner Dave Bailey decided to make crepes and “to go” food synonymous.

At Rooster you'll find quite a variety of crepes.

For those with a sweet tooth, you have to try the chocolate gran marnier.

For the traditionalists, there's the mushroom and cheese or try the egg and ham.

All beef and pork at Rooster comes from local farmers.

If you don't like crepes, don't worry, there's the croque madame and croque monsieur.

Top it off with an espresso and you've created a nice breakfast to go.
