They've only been open for a short time, but Niche has quickly become a popular St. Louis scene.

 

Chef Gerard Craft focuses on simple flavors, letting the food speak for itself.

He also took extra care choosing his staff that includes Pastry Chef Matthew Rice.

Pastry choices include the dulce de leche semi freddo and the molten chocolate cake with a side of strawberry Nestle quick ice cream.

One of Chef Craft's specialties is the seared scallops with carmeled apples topped with cider foam.

Chef Craft changes the menu frequently but there is a chance you will find "foie gras" on the menu.
