(KMOV) -- Located next to the Moto museum in midtown, Triumph Grill melds a passion for motorcycles with upscale American fare.

The menu is peppered with flavorful, creative takes on familiar foods. Hot wings are given depth by spending time in the smoker. Hummus is given a twist. It's made with edamame rather than garbanzo beans. And my favorite starter is the sushi tacos.

Entrees are just as packed with flavor. Try the salmon with sun dried tomato quinoa, smoked chile vinaigrette and a chipotle aioli. And for a bit of comforting flavor, order the pork tenderloin. The chipotle-molasses glaze gives the tender pork a spicy-sweet edge.
