ST. LOUIS (KMOV)- Sauce Magazine's Catherine Neville shows us a cafe that might draw your interest for its light fare or bike repair. She takes us near Forest Park for this week's Sauce on the Street.

Velocity Cafe and Cyclery serves an active group of hungry biking enthusiasts by renting and fixing up bikes and giving them the fuel they need to keep going. Caffeine plays a big role in Velocity's menu and barristas focus on pouring the perfect latte.

Even if you're not a biker, you should stop in and try Velocity's fresh, healthy eats. There's a number of smoothies to choose from and the sandwiches range from a light turkey with pesto to hearty roast beef with brie and horseradish.

Soups and salads round out the menu, and again, everything here is super fresh, with an eye toward delivering taste and nutrition. The bike shop salad is high in protein thanks to the addition of nuts, seeds and garbanzo beans.
