(KMOV)-- Classic, well-made cocktails are making a comeback in a big way and here at the new Eclipse in the East Loop, Chad George has created a drink menu that's as fun as it is tasteful.

On the extensive drink menu you'll find such classics as the "blood and sand".  What you won't find on the menu is a listing of each drink's ingredients.

If you like gin, try the French 75, totally classic. In the mood for tequila? The gaucho is made with single-village mezcal

But my personal favorite is the purgatory, full of aromatic liquors and rye whiskey

And you don't have to be a seasoned barkeep to make perfect cocktails at home. Chad has all the tips you need to mix super sippers yourself.

And don't think that it's just libations that are available at eclipse. When you saddle up to the bar, try any of these tasty nibbles.
