(KMOV)-- Chef Dana Holland's long lamented balaban's has been resurrected at the Kirkwood Farmers' Market as Babalu's Snack Shack.

Here, market goers can munch on food with a Caribbean twist as they shop the stalls. If you have a hankering for breakfast, try the cheesy fiesta eggs

The eats are easy to handle and full of flavors like citrus, ginger and hot chiles. Try the grilled chicken with lemon, oregano and cumin or order up dishes like the Cuban pulled pork. It totally delivers on taste and texture.

And new to the menu this month is a shrimp gordita garnished with colorful, flavorful calypso slaw.
