ST. LOUIS (KMOV) -- At Napoli 2 in Town and Country, attentive, personal service and an upscale atmosphere draw people in, but it's the traditional Italian cuisine that keeps them coming back.

 

If you're in the mood for something fresh, try the stack salad with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. But if you're craving something warm and savory, you have to try the arancini.

 

Arancini are only as good as the risotto they're made with and Napoli 2's risotto is much better than other restaurant versions i've tried. This is a traditional italian dish that is so easy to make at home, but people rarely do.

 

Entrees run the gamut of Italian favorites, and there are two standouts. The lamb chops are breaded and grilled, topped with parmesan and a citrus-lemon olive oil. And the bolognese pasta, the sauce is deeply rich and satisfying.

 

You know you want dessert, and at Napoli 2, they're all made in house. Whether you try the tiramisu or the bread pudding, your meal will end on a sweet note.
