What is a video Podcast? A podcast is like a TV broadcast for your iPod.. But instead of listening over the airwaves, you download it from your computer.

How do I get started?

If you have a video iPod, go to iTunes and search for "Sauce on The Street." Click "subscribe," and you're all set. Every time you sync your iPod with iTunes, it will automatically download the latest episode. OR click here for a direct link.
