ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) - The city of St. Louis is again providing a warm place for those who have nowhere else to go.
The city will opening its Cold Weather Overflow Shelter on Tuesday night because temperatures are expected to drop into the 20s. The shelter is for those who homeless when other shelters are full to capacity.
The shelter is located at 12th Street and Park rec Center. It has already opened on five occasions this winter.
The city says 75 beds will be available but nobody will be turned away. The shelter is provided by the city as part of a cooperative project with the Salvation Army, Red Cross, and St. Louis Crisis Nursery.
