On Tuesday, Keenan Miller, 18, was charged with one count second-degree murder, one count armed criminal action and one count of attempted distribution of a controlled substance.

According to the report, Miller was delivering marijuana for sale when Brandon Richards, 18, was shot to death at a home on Pleasant Court.

Nicholas Lunceford, 19, is accused of shooting Richards with a handgun at the home around 4:30 p.m.

Lunceford fled before authorities arrived and Richards was pronounced dead at the scene.

Lunceford's whereabouts are unknown and he is considered armed and dangerous.
