ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV) -- Workers for Metropolitan Sewer District were clearing drains and inlets on Friday to try and ease the threat of flooding on St. Louis streets.
MSD has targeted over 20 streets and intersections that are prone to flooding. St Louis Police have also restricted parking on those streets.
MSD crews will be at full staff this weekend and they’ll be adding extra phone lines to handle customer calls at 314-768-6260.
