Mehlville, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Emergency crews were on the scene of a car crash in South St. Louis County early Saturday morning.
Officals report the car crash happened just before 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning in the 300 block of Kinswood on the outer road near 255.
Two people were taken to the hospital in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
