HAZELWOOD, Mo. (KMOV.com) – Multiple people were taken to the hospital following an accident involving a Metro bus in Hazelwood on Wednesday.
North Central Fire officials said a Metro bus struck the side of another vehicle on McDonnell Boulevard near Interstate 270 around 7:30 a.m.
Police believe the accident happened after the passenger vehicle made an illegal left turn.
Four passengers and the driver of the Metro bus were transported to an area hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the passenger vehicle was not injured.
