ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – A man has been charged for shooting at police in 2008 in north St. Louis.
Theodis Polk has been charged for the crime that occurred in July 2008 after DNA from a baseball cap linked him to the incident.
The incident happened near 20th and Linton when an officer stopped two men to talk to them. One of the men ran from the scene while the second man fired shots at the officer and then fled the scene. The officer was not hit by any of the bullets.
