(KMOV) – Many residents in St. Louis say the traffic lights downtown are taking longer than normal, especially on Broadway and 4th Street.
“Broadway and 4th are catching a lot of heat and that tends to be where we are getting most of our calls from,” said St. Louis City Streets Director Todd Waeltermann. “Now, with everything going on, it’s very often. It’s every week.”
