(KMOV) – A student at St. Charles Community College faces charges after police say she made a terroristic threat against school staff on Twitter.

Emily Kaitlin Cole was charged with disturbing the peace and making a terroristic threat.

According to court documents, an employee of the college who monitors Twitter reported to authorities a threatening tweet made by Cole on Tuesday.

The tweet read, “SCC is about to get the ugliest side of me, if you see me on the news don’t be surprised. S*** is about to get real, you’ll see it on the news probably BC I’m gonna kill someone, these f****** idiots I swear I’m gonna throw a chair across the office, about to drop out of school BC SCC is the is the biggest S*** hole I’ve ever had to deal with, this dude is gay, I got him. According to police, the tweet was made after Cole became angry with a school counselor while enrolling for classes.

She was arrested and taken into custody where she remains on a $10,000 bond.
