(KMOV) -- A youth soccer referee is accused of videotaping a teenager changing clothes through peepholes drilled into the bathrooms of a popular park.

Police say they found the holes at the bathrooms at the main concession stand at Woodlands Park in St. Peters.

Prosecutors tell News 4 they’re still investigating, but so far they say the evidence fits the crime of misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Still, St. Charles County Prosecutor Tim Lohmar said it’s all extremely concerning, especially given all the access defendant Kyle Pressy had to kids here at the park.

“The first thing you ask is what else may have happened that we don’t know about,” said Lohmar.

On Saturday, a referee and employee of the St. Charles County Soccer Association found a video camera in a storage unit and turned it over to police.

On the video was a 16-year-old boy undressing in the bathroom.

Prosecutors say Pressy shot the video through peepholes drilled in the partitions.

“Then he turned the camera on himself and showed his own face on the video,” Lohmar said.

According to court documents say when Pressy was confronted he confessed to taking the video, but denied drilling the holes.

Investigators don’t know how long the holes were there or if anyone else was a victim.

“It’s terrible. You don’t expect this to happen anywhere, especially in a suburban soccer complex,” said Lohmar.

The investigation continues with searches of Pressy’s home and computers.
