JOHN DAILEY- Charged with first degree murder after a case of road rage in downtown St. Louis turned deadly. Dailey shot at another vehicle where the victim was hit under the armpit. Later the victim was pronounced dead. Dailey was charged with first degree assault and two counts of armed criminal action.
