ANDREW CLARK- accused of breaking into at least three houses with his brother. The Madison County sheriff says that detective saw Andrew and Nathan Clark acting strangely as they sold jewelry to a store. Investigators say that jewelry was some of the loot stolen from three homes outside of Collinsville.
