2011's mugshots of the year
Rodney Chestnut Jr., 17, was charged with aggravated battery. Belleville police say that several units responded after someone reported that three people were tampering with cars. When officers got to the scene, the suspects fled on foot. An officer chased Chestnut, and after a brief altercation, he was Tased and taken into custody. His bail was set at $100,000.
