Authorities have taken an East Alton man into custody on an outstanding warrant for involvement in the heroin overdose death of a Godfrey man. Deputies with the Madison County Sheriff’s office arrested Brian D. Beckham, 31, on August 3. He is charged with drug induced homicide.
