Sandy Alvarez, Eduardo Aguilar, and Yunior Rodriguez
Sandy Alvarez, 29 and Eduardo Aguilar, 38, were charged with felony receiving stolen property. Yunior Rodriguez, 31, was charged with felony fraudulent use of a credit or debit device. Police say they cloned credit cards to purchase thousands of dollars worth of goods at Mid Rivers Mall in St. Peters.
