Not surprisingly, our nation's capital is one of the most expensive places to live. But it's not immune to the mortgage crisis -- more than 12 percent of homeowners are underwater. On average, homes in Washington, D.C. sold for $392,000 according to Redfin.com. That's up more than 15 percent from one year ago. (CBS News)
