Preview: New East Building at the St. Louis Art Museum

The new East Building of the Saint Louis Art Museum is nearly complete with a June 29, 2013 grand opening planned, it was announced on December 4, 2012. Designed by architect Sir David Chipperfield the more than 200,000 square foot building sits next to the original building and will provide galleries, public space and a 2,700 square -foot restaurant.
