ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Firefighters said six people were injured in a propane explosion at a trucking facility in north St. Louis Thursday night.

According to firefighters, the explosion occurred at Saia Trucking in the 7300 block of Hall Street just before 8:00 p.m. Firefighters said some workers were switching out a propane tank when the explosion occurred.
Firefighters said four people were taken to a local hospital. Three were listed in stable condition, while one person suffered burns and was transported in critical condition. Two others were not transported.
Authorities said Hall Street was closed for a time, but has since re-opened.
