10. Buffalo Bills - OT Riley Reiff (Iowa)
While it isn't the "sexy" pick or one that will sell tickets, Reiff can get on the field in his first year and should become a starting left tackle if not in 2012, then in 2013. He is also a relatively safe pick, as he appeared in every game of his college career (starting all but two games) and was won Iowa's offensive team award for hustle in 2010. Should do nothing but improve and protect Ryan Fitzpatrick, or whoever next comes under center in Buffalo. -- JOSH DAVIS
