Lohan, seen in a March 2007 photo, is seeking better treatment by the paparazzi that constantly tail her, according to the magazine. After a tense roadside encounter with an overzealous lensman landed the paparazzi on a stretcher and Lindsay in the papers, the magazine says Lohan decided to be the covergirl for a story about the incidents between Hollywood stars and the paparazzi.
