News 4's Jasmine Huda emcees Women's Scholarship breakfast
Frankie Muse Freeman is the namesake of the Professional Organization of Women's African-American Women's Scholarship. The scholarship was established in 2005 to help "non-traditional" African-American female students who have overcome hardships and use education as a tool to improve their lives.
