James Kirk
James Kirk, 24, was charged with first-degree robbery and armed criminal action. According to police, Kirk walked into the Dollar General on Osage around 6:45 a.m., flashed a hunting-style knife to an employee and demanded money. Police said Kirk cleared out the cash register and ran away from the scene.
