James Hollins
James Hollins, 37, and his girlfriend were taken into custody after authorities investigated a possible meth lab at their residence in the 2100 block of Robert Avenue. Numerous methamphetamine manufacturing materials as well as an active methamphetamine cook were seized from the scene.
