An elderly man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly shooting a man who was trying to repossess his vehicle in north St. Louis city. Police say Andrew Johnson, 79, was charged for 1st Degree Assault, Armed Criminal Action, Unlawful Use of A Weapon and Leaving the Scene of A Shooting. He is being held on $150,000 bond.
