A Metro-East man has been charged with possessing and distributing child pornography. Brandon Charles Seymour, 29, of East Alton, Illinois, has been charged with 10 counts of aggravated distribution of child pornography and 10 additional counts of aggravated possession of child pornography. Seymour's neighbor, Mark Heppner, pled guilty in April for possessing child pornongraphy. Three computers, a DVD and other evidence was seized during an investigation at Seymour’s residence. Authorities found more than 1,000 video files containing alleged child pornography on the seized equipment. Seymour is being held in the Madison County jail on $100,000 bond.
