A convicted sex offender and a woman already facing child endangerment charges are now charged with molesting children in Park Hills. Angela Hearon was charged with four counts of statutory sodomy and child molestation. William Porter was charged with statutory rape and statutory sodomy. According to court documents, an elementary school student told officials she was allegedly sexually assaulted by Angela Hearon and William “P.J.” Porter. A short time later, another child told police Hearon allegedly performed sex acts on him.
