A Metro East man who was charged with inappropriately touching a young girl at a YMCA camp in April is now charged with abusing a different girl at a camp last year. Kassidy Kueper, 28, was charged this week with sexually abusing an 8-year-old girl between June and August of 2010 at the Edwardsville YMCA. Kueper is a former part-time employee of the Edwardsville YMCA. Kueper was charged with inappropriately touching a 9-year-old girl in April at a YMCA camp. Bond was set at $30,000.
