A man was arrested for allegedly getting into a fight with his girlfriend in Belleville early Monday morning. Jewel L. Nauden, 36, of Belleville was charged with Domestic Battery. Police dispatch reported to the 200 block of Freedom Dr. Monday morning after receiving a third party call reporting a dispute. On arrival officers found Nauden on the steps of an apartment building and detained him from the victim. The victim stated that Nauden, who is her boyfriend, allegedly hit her in the face. Nauden was arrested, transported to HQ, booked and held pending investigation. His bond is set at $3,500.
