WARRENTON, Mo. (KMOV)– Two men were arrested on Tuesday after an investigation into the possession and distribution of marijuana in southern Warren County. Ty M. Kruse, 22, from Washington and Trevor K. Saller, 21, from Marthasville were charged with Posession of Controlled substance with the intent to distribute. Warren County Sheriff Kevin Harrison reports that after obtaining a search warrant for a residence on Highway 94, authorities were able to locate and seize approximately 7.5 pounds of marijuana. Some of the marijuana had been individually packaged in smaller quantities ready to be sold. In addition to the marijuana, deputies also seized several firearms. The two men each have a bond set at $25,000 cash.
