Mug shots of the week: Feb. 18th-22nd
Marlon Miller, 20, was charged with three counts of aggravated criminal sexually assault and one count of attempted armed robbery. Police say he robbed and raped a woman after she got off of a MetroLink at a station in East St. Louis.
