A toddler was found dead at his aunt’s swimming pool in St. Charles County just before noon on Monday. According to authorities, the toddler’s aunt, Erin R. Lottman, was still swimming when her 14-year-old daughter found the toddler unresponsive on the deck of the swimming pool in the 2900 block of Rockwood Trail Drive.
